Summary

In the present study, radiation grafting of natural polymers such as polysaccharides as (CMC, sodium alginate ….) with synthetic monomers and polymers such as PVP, PVC …. imprinted with nanoparticles such as ZnO, TiO2, Nano silver, cellulose nanofibers will be carried out using direct gamma radiation for the preparation of naturally based nanocomposite hydrogels for removing different Azo dyes from wastewater. Further studies will be carried out to evaluate the biodegradation of Azo dyes precisely by Bacteria.
