• Summary

    the current proposal develops, on one hand, molecular and specular diagnostic tool to identify and Quantify B. cinerea in order to make a management decision of gray mold. on the other hand, the molecular and spectral fingerprint would  be analyzed for each Botrytis isolate, beeing useful to distinguish between low and highly aggressive isolates. 

    the current progect would focus on the use of both methods to identify and characterize B.cinerea isolates to improve gray mold management
